We would like to speak to driven, knowledgeable Nursery Nurse/Nursery Practitioner/ Early Years Practitioner/ Nursery Assistant looking for a next step within a supportive nursery setting. This fabulous role offers the opportunity to progress within a well established growing Nursery group. Can you:
  • Develop and maintain a safe but challenging learning environment for 0 -5-year-old’s
  • Recognise current and next steps in learning and make these visible in records, displays and journals.
  • Liaise effectively with parents and family members to promote the development of the child.
  • Provide the highest possible standard of care and stimulation
  • Work with children to develop their skills in all areas of learning from the EYFS
  • Liaise with other services for the benefit of the child
  • Liaise with families to promote development
  • Respect the confidentiality of information received
  • Support all junior/apprenticeship members and engage in a good team spirit
  • To be involved in, out of working hours activities eg: training, monthly staff meetings, fundraising events
  • Look upon the setting as a “whole” where can your help be most utilised, be constantly aware of the needs of children and other team members.
  • To be flexible within working practices of the setting. be prepared to help where needed.

Early Years Recruitment are URGENTLY looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their growing database to work on a supply basis as bank staff for a variety of childcare settings. We have been established for 19 years and as a leading provider we’re lucky to work with a selection of fantastic private day nurseries / organisations and school-based nurseries / preschools. It would be advantageous if you were a car driver, but not essential many settings are easily accessible via public transport. Our clients rely on us to ensure they are always compliant with OFSTED regulations of staff to child ratios. As a member of our team, you can be offered flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle and commitments ranging from a couple of hours a week to full five-day weeks. The posts are temporary (with a view to permanent) and there is no guarantee of work BUT supply work will give you experience of working in different settings. Role: You will be required to provide general support within a nursery setting, being responsible for the care and safeguarding of the children. You will be involved in daily activities with the children, helping set up and plan stimulating activities for the children. You may be required from time to time to carry out observations on the children and report back to key workers. All applicants will be subject to DBS and referencing checks. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to work on SUPPLY basis across a variety of day nurseries in Greater Manchester. We can also offer lots of work in other areas, including Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale, Trafford, Tameside, Wilmslow and more. As a member of our supply team you can be offered as little as a couple of hours a week, up to 5 full days AND you can work part time hours to suit. Our nursery clients operate between the hours of 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday and you manage your availability online at the click of a button! We work with a selection of lovely day nurseries ranging from private organisations to school based nurseries, including preschools. So, as long as you have experience of working with children aged 0-5 years we want to hear from you. Qualifications and Skills Ideally you will hold a qualification in Early Years Childcare, but you must have at least 6 months experience of working with children aged 0-5 years and be enthusiastic about working in childcare. If you are shortlisted for this post you will be invited for interview to our offices in Cheadle and we will carry out an Enhanced DBS check or Update Service check and you must be able to provide three employment and/or academic references, 2 being childcare related Benefits of the role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to work on SUPPLY basis across a variety of day nurseries in Greater Manchester. We can also offer lots of work in other areas, including Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale, Trafford, Tameside, Wilmslow and more. As a member of our supply team you can be offered as little as a couple of hours a week, up to 5 full days AND you can work part time hours to suit. Our nursery clients operate between the hours of 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday and you manage your availability online at the click of a button! We work with a selection of lovely day nurseries ranging from private organisations to school based nurseries, including preschools. So, as long as you have experience of working with children aged 0-5 years we want to hear from you. Qualifications and Skills Ideally you will hold a qualification in Early Years Childcare, but you must have at least 6 months experience of working with children aged 0-5 years and be enthusiastic about working in childcare. If you are shortlisted for this post you will be invited for interview to our offices in Cheadle and we will carry out an Enhanced DBS check or Update Service check and you must be able to provide three employment and/or academic references, 2 being childcare related Benefits of the role:
