The current roles available in busy, family run private day nurseries with excellent facilities would suit a positive and creative Early Years professional with a minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years.

You should have excellent knowledge and understanding of child development and children’s needs with an ability to plan and fully implement the Early Years framework. An ability to communicate verbally and in writing, this includes the ability to establish rapport and credibility with parents as well as colleagues. You will be involved in supporting a group of children, confidently delivering activities to improve development and monitor and observe their progression. The ability to produce clear concise and well written reports as well as being organised and able to prioritise your own work load and plan in advance. All applicants will be subject to DBS and referencing checks.
